This is the final round of bumps I'm attempting to do to update dependencies of an old codebase of mine :)

Continuation for: https://github.com/mikedilger/textnonce/pull/21 and https://github.com/mikedilger/mime-multipart/pull/11

Not sure about the version bump for this crate... The minimum supported Rust version was raised for the dependencies, so maybe a 0.x bump would be warranted...

Note: I already anticipated the version upgrades in the other crates, so this build fails at the moment.

Also, as I said here https://github.com/mikedilger/mime-multipart/pull/10#issuecomment-702066561 , I don't think that hyper and mime should be updated at all.

I took the first commit,made changes for the tests, and will essentially do the second commit with textnonce 1.0 and release shortly.
