This is kind-of in place. We fetch and render kind 1111. But I haven't seen any yet so I'm not sure.

As for the tags defined for kind 1111 (E, A, K) some work was put into support for these, but I'm not sure it is complete.

We don't create these. They work for replies to events (e, a). I just added for replies to external things (i tags) a printing of that thing at the top of the note.
