I've added 4 different pending items, one each for READ, WRITE, DISCOVER and DM relays.

But in doing so I realized the publishing of your relay list item is only checking the 10002, not the 10050, so I'll update that one before I close this issue.

Ok dm relay lists are now handled.

Bonus: pending recomputes immediately when you click into Notifications.
