This is phase-1 support

Basic blossom client (get, upload, etc)
Global storage of the blossom client, initialized on first use somehow
Setting for blossom server (at least one, maybe multiple)
Overlord command 'blossom_upload' which initializes with your blossom server from settings
UI file dialog
UI uploading state
UI interface on the POST box (regular not DM) for attaching, should show Uploading, should show error OR insert the URL into the draft
Same as above but on DM page
