These can be found in:

  • p tag hints
  • nip-05 relay lists
  • nip-23 relay lists
  • kind-3 lists
  • kind-2 events
  • event seen data (no mark as such in person_relay)

There is no known "These are my relays" message, as far as I could tell.

Therefore, since this data is rather sketchy, we need to use the last_fetched fields to determine which relays have seen them most recently.

We should use/set the person_relay.recommended field via their kind-2 events.
