Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Marking a relay as "A" is kinda dumb. People should mark hoards of relays as "A". I propose that we compute all relays that pass a filter (e.g. connected at least once) and advertise to all of them.
Done on unstable. I may yet make advertising happen in batches to not contact so many relays at once.
That is now done too.
