This requires adding another field to person_relay to explain how the connection was made, and applying some sort of score to that (pretty high, probably lower than a RelayList signed by them)

I'm now tracking how the connection was made. All that is left is the UI part and doing it.

But I'm bumping to 0.5 because I want to also have more complex relay management, and I don't want to hold up the release on that.

I think it is better what we have now. Follow more simply, and add relays on the person page.
