User control of all non-origin resources #1

I imagine a side-window with an exhaustive list of non-origin resources, and clicking each one in order to load it (clicking in the page sounds easier but it collides with javascript, as well as some resources don't have page real estate).

User choice to load white-listed elements, or load all except black-listed elements.
